Gel Toe Separators relieve the discomfort caused by crooked, overlapping toes. Gel Toe Separators diminish rubbing, pinching, and cramping between toes. Also used for the treatment of interdigital corns. Gel Toe Separators are made of silicone gel infused with soothing mineral oil to cushion and soften corns and calluses and relieve pain between toes. Also great to ease toe pressure while running. The silicone gel in these toe spacers lasts much longer than similar pads made of felt or foam. Hand washable with soap and warm water.
Although sizing may vary, we recommend Small/Medium for problems between the lesser toes and Large/X-large for problems between the first and second toes. Latex-free. Universal Right/Left. 3/pkg.
Indications - Toe separators are used in the care and treatment of hammer toes, claw toes, mallet toes, toenail injuries, and fractured toes. These toe pads also work great as a splint after hammertoe surgery.
I have corns between my toes. Will these help them go away or at least not hurt?
The Gel Toe Separators can help with the friction between your toes that are most likely causing the corns. They are infused with a mineral oil that will help to soothe the pain.
How do these stay in place?
As with most gel toe products, the gel is a bit sticky, so stays between your toes when enclosed in a sock and shoe. The key is to wear them with a sock so that they stay in place inside your shoe.
Could you please advise the actual sizes of the separators? I am using one and need to compare, please.

Can you trim these pads? I saw the size and I'm just wondering if they're too big for my wife whether I can trim them or not?
You sure can. We find that most folks use them as is, but if you'd like to trim them, that'd work just fine.
