What is Haglund's Deformity?

Haglund's deformity is a bony bump that forms at the back of the heel, often
causing irritation and pain in the Achilles tendon. It's commonly referred to
as "pump bump" and is typically caused by pressure from shoes or
abnormal foot mechanics.

Tips:

• Wear shoes with a soft heel counter to reduce pressure on the bump.
• Use heel pads or cushioned insoles to protect the affected area.
• Stretch the Achilles tendon regularly to reduce tension on the heel.
