Cold Therapy Socks provide targeted cold therapy. Socks have pockets sewn in to hold gel pacs in place. Targets relief to heel, top or ball of the foot. Directions: Chill or freeze cold pacs by storing in refrigerator or freezer. Freezing takes about 2 hours. Inserts pacs into the “pockets” on the sock. Large pac goes on the bottom. Smaller pac can be used on the back of the heel or the top of the foot. Use as often as desired, but only 20 minutes at a time. Do not walk while wearing, excessive weight may cause gel pac to rupture or leak.
Care: Remove cold pacs. Hand wash socks in warm water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Drip-dry. Do not use bleach. Wipe cold pacs with damp cloth.
