I was looking on-line for something a little more sophisticated for my dress shoes. I was pleased to find a leather covered pad. I've found the pad to be comfortable and well manufactured. Seems like an excellent value.

Pedag Drop metatarsal Pads
I'm a regular user of metatarsal pads (and big supporter of Myfootshop) for my forefoot capsulitis. As long as I use a met pad, I do ok with only limited pain. I prefer the Pedag Drop Pads for my dress shoes. It's a bit nicer than the foam or felt pads in that it has a leather finish. Semi firm support, good thickness. For my tennies, I do use the felt met pads.

Pedag Drop Metatarsal Pads
These metatarsal pads are just the right size for me, and because they are leather-covered, they last for a long time. I'm particularly fond of them in my dress shoes.
