Metatarsal Pads-PPT
The metatarsal pads are an excellent product and a good light weight alternative solution where orthotics won't work in the shoe.  The PT material is quite hard wearing and resilient.  The sticky patch on the underside of the pad adheres well, although try to ensure that you place it in the right place for you in the shoe the first time so that you don't have to pull it off and reapply it, because this may weaken adhesion somewhat.  Recommended.

Metatarsal Pads-PPT
Worked fine for me.  Be sure to get them in the right place the first time.  My doctor showed me how to use a felt tipped pen to mark my shoe in the right spot so that you don't have to move them.  The sticky doesn't work very well if you try to move them.

I agree with previous comments about placing the pads accurately the first time.

I want to commend My Foot Shop for its excellent service. I messed up the order and it was corrected by them immediately. A good thing, too, since the order shipped the next day!

Metatarsal Pads-PPT
I like the metatarsal pads-ppt. They most definitely reduce the pain and allow me to stay on my feet longer.  They are slightly smaller and more firm than the foam metatarsal pads I had previously purchased (which also helped reduce the pain).  But so far, the ppt pads seem to work a little better.  As before, my order was processed and shipped quickly. No problems, Many Thanks.

I find these to be a bit hard. I definitely can feel the pad when I put on shoes and walk.  The Oppo gel metatarsal pad to be more comfortable and a bit wider.

Metatarsal Pads-PPT
These are great foot pads.  I have a broken metatarsal arch that cannot be repaired.  I simply put one of these pads in ALL of my right shoes (injury site here,) and I am comfortable and good to go anywhere and do all my regular activities. Thanks for continuing to offer these items.

durable relief
I apply these on the underneath side of my shoe lining, which comfortably supports metatarsals. This eliminates the hard bump I feel when I place them on top of my shoe lining.  Be sure to get them in the right spot.  Terrific.

Metatarsal Pads - PPT
I ordered the size small pads to use under my green Superfeet insoles.  I basically replicated what my podiatrist did, but I used this product instead (it looked very similar to her product).  She had wedged it underneath the edge of the hard green plastic part (toe end) on the reverse side of the insoles in order to raise and support the mid-foot a bit.  It worked perfectly for me.  I knocked off a point only because a few of the metatarsal pads were cut too small.  In fact, I found these pads to barely be the size stated and smaller than what one would expect.  Next time I think I will order size medium.

PPT metatarsal pads
I like the PPT a bit more than the felt pads offered on this site.  The PPT didn't wear or become compressed over time.  Worked well for my needs.

Another excellent product!
This is the other product I find particularly helpful in relieving my pain. It is firm enough to keep its shape and wide enough to support the majority of the area that hurts so often. Very easy to position in my shoes!

excellent product
these work great to relive the pain of metatarsalitis, I wish they didn't stick so well, so they could be removed and placed in other shoes, plan to buy several to place in each pair of shoes

These metatarsal pads really do feel good.  I have had a hard time finding pads that work for me since the company my Doctor recommended went out of business some years ago. I cut a piece of mole skin a little larger than the pad, and put over the pad.  This makes slipping on your shoes easier and keeps the pad from slipping out of place.  Also I appreciated the emails providing help.

metatarsal pads-ppt
I have been ordering the medium 1/4" thick pads from My Foot Shop for several years. They have worked beautifully however my latest order which should have been 1/4" as always was only 1/8".  These are far too thin for me.  The measurements on the website and on the packaging still indicate that they are 1/4" so BEWARE! Customer service told me that they recently changed vendors and sent me large pads to try (which were also supposed to be 1/4" thick).  These are 1/8" as well.  Very disappointing as I have been having a rough time finding 1/4" pads elsewhere.

Placed well these are great
As a physical therapist I modify and place this type of pad regularly for my patients.  I have used pads made of other materials; my patients prefer this type of pad above all others.  Having extra double stick tape can help them stick if you have trouble placing the pad correctly on the first go.

Metatarsal Pads PPT
I have used the Metatarsal Pads PPT and the Metatarsal  Bar PPT Cushions for my Forefoot Capsulitis. I prefer the Bar Cushions because they are wider and cover more width of the foot. Great Product.

ppt metatarsal pads
I have been looking for these pads for over a year. Thank You for your site. Foot comfort here I come.  Do you also make the wedges. To stop you from walking on the outer side of the foot? Help with back pain?  My shoe store closed.
