Question:

Can I move these from shoe to shoe?

Answer:

No. They're adhesive backed and need to stay in one pair of shoes once they're applied.

Question:

I'm a nurse and work the floor in a major academic hospital. Like so many other nurses, I wear clogs most everyday. I love my clogs but I have one pair that just doesn't seem to fit very well. Would a pad like this help?

Answer:

Maybe. But I think there's going to be a better solution for you. Clogs fit in an area of the shoe called the throat of the shoe. The throat is the portion of the shoe that wraps around the top of the arch. An old shoe fitting trick is to use a tongue pad to tighten up the fit of the shoe. With clogs you intentionally want to have a kind of sloppy fit in the heel. Using a tongue pad would do a much better job. Folks with narrow fit might even use 2-4 tongue pads to adjust the fit of the shoe.
