Just For Toenails Medicated Nail Polish is the first color nail polish with Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree oil), a
proven, natural antifungal and antiseptic designed to battle toenail fungus (also called onychomycosis). Tea tree oil has been shown to kill many types of fungal and bacterial organisms and
often is recommended by podiatrists in the treatment of fungal nail infections.
To help prevent discoloration of the natural nail, always use the clear polish as a base coat, then use two coats of your favorite color and seal it with a final coat of clear. This polish is free of formaldehyde, toluene and phthalate.
Just For Toenails Medicated Nail Polish contains a lacquer as a vehicle for the nail color. Lacquer build-up may inhibit the efficacy of the active ingredient in Just For Toenails
Medicated Nail Polish. We recommend
removing the nail polish before re-applying it to ensure the efficacy of its
active ingredient. Alternatively, other lacquer-free antifungal medications may be used between applications.
