These foam adhesive backed metatarsal pads fit into shoes to prevent calluses and take pressure away from the ball of the foot.

Foam Metatarsal Pads have been used for years by shoe repair shops and podiatrists to relieve pressure from painful forefoot conditions. Foam Metatarsal Pads can be placed in the shoe or worn directly on the foot. In the shoe, they can be placed either on the top of the shoe insole or, if the insole is removable, can be placed on the bottom of the insole.  Foam Metatarsal Pads measure 2.5 inches from tip to base, are 2 inches wide. Adhesive backed foam. Semi-firm.  One size fits all and 1/4 inch thick. 4/pkg.
