| I've tried a couple of different forefoot pads from Myfootshop and tend to like these the best. The top of the pad is smooth and has very little friction while the bottom of the pad is rubber. The rubber has just enough friction to hold it in place in the shoe. I particularly like these in my heels due to the fact that they take up very little room in the shoe. In fact, they make my shoe fit a little better when I wear them. |
