A special note for Netscape v6.1 users.  Myfootshop.com uses Authorize.net to process our credit card transactions.  As a security measure, Autorize.net requires we submit our transactions using a referrer URL.  Referrer URLs are not compatible with Netscape v6.1 Web browsers. It is recommended that you use v6.0 or v6.2 and higher of Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator, or v5.0 and higher of Internet Explorer.


Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express). All orders are processed using the latest SSL encryption technologies to assure that your purchases are made in a completely secure environment. The charge on your Credit Card statement will appear as myfootshop.com, LLC.

 

Sales Tax

Our corporate offices are located in Licking County, Ohio. 7% state sales tax will be charged to Ohio Residents ONLY. 
 

Shipping and Handling

In order to keep your final cost as low as possible, all orders are shipped exclusively via The United States Postal Service from our fulfillment center in central Ohio, U.S.

Domestic orders:  Shipping rates for purchases at myfootshop.com are based upon the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates to your location. Priority Mail, Express Mail and regular Parcel Post services are available to all 50 of the United States.

International orders: Shipping rates for purchases at myfootshop.com are based upon the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates to your location. Global Express and USPS Global Express Guaranteed Non-Document Service options are available to most international destinations. 

 

Damage in Shipment

We take every possible precaution to ensure that your order will arrive unharmed. Should damage occur in transit, please retain the product and all packing materials and return to myfootshop.com following the return policy described below.  A replacement product will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.

 

Lost Shipments

USPS has proven to a reliable method of shipping, but occasionally packages do get lost.  Most packages turn up after being accepted by a relative or neighbor.  If USPS tracking is unable to confirm delivery of a package, we will reship the order.  Our policy is to wait ten business days from the date of the original shipment before shipping a new replacement order.

If USPS tracking confirms delivery to your zip code, we must assume that your package was indeed delivered.  We will make every effort to help you contact your local postal branch to find out more information regarding your package.  If a customer claims that they have not received their order, but USPS tracking confirms delivery to their zip code, Myfootshop.com cannot be help responsible and will not resend the order.
 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from myfootshop.com. Any product (except those noted below) may be returned for a full refund up to 10 days from the date of receipt.  Your account will be fully credited (less shipping) within 48 hours of the return.  

*Note: Due to potential health concerns, we cannot accept the return of OTC medications. Examples of OTC medications include (but not limited to) Tineacide, B6, Onox, Kerasal, Alpha Lipoic Acid, WarmCream, Appearex, Mederma, Breezemist and Biofreeze.  All sales for these products are final.
