You're on the right track. You could block it from behind the ankle. But I'm not sure what a pain management specialist would say. Most seem to go for the lumbar blocks.

To all my friends on the Pain Management Boards,
i hope you are comfortable and hopeful..Keep looking for answers!!
I know we are all so grateful to Dr. jeff for guiding us and always being there for us even when our own doctors weren't..
