Shoes for Haglund's Deformity please

I've been trying to figure out what kind of shoes to wear for my heel problem. I work for a dog groomer and am on my feet alot, so comfort is a plus for me. I wear Powersteps arch supports because I have flat feet and have been wearing Brooks athletic shoes which have been great.. I was told I needed backless shoes but there are soooo many of them out there.
