Powerstep Metatarsal Relief pads provide extra cushioning and spreads the metatarsal bones (ball of foot) to relieve forefoot pain caused by pinched nerves and other related conditions. Transfers wieght away from sore metatarsal bones.

Works best when used with Powerstep Full Length Arch Supports, but can be worn in any shoe. Self-adhesive; sold as a pair.

Made of compact Poron microcellular polyurethane foam. Pad is 3/8 inches thick, 3 inches across, and 2 1/2 inches long.
