What are the white stripes on the brace? Are they separate form the black portion of the brace?
Answer:
The black sleeve is made of neoprene, and the white stripes are elastic that add a more controlled compression to your ankle. You can adjust the flaps with the white stripes to the tightness you need.
Question:
If I have it on my left foot which white strip do I wrap first? The inside one our outside one?
Answer:
I don't think it matters which strap to wrap first. There is a video on the Ankle Wrap by Pro-tec that you can watch to learn how to apply it.
