I have a patient in my office
that needs a product. How do I describe to them the product
that they need?
First, be sure to bookmark this page and our
index page in your favorites section for future reference.
Then there's several options that you can use to refer your
patients for products;
A. Open Myfootshop.com on the internet, go to
The Doctor's Toolbox, select the appropriate
product page and print the page.
B. Write out the name of the product on your Rx pad
with the web address or toll free number to Myfootshop.com.
C. Request our pre-made Rx pads and write out the name
of the product.
D. Assist older or disabled patients by having your
staff call us to place an order. 1-888-859-8901.
2. Do
you have a catalog? No, we don't. Our
catalog is web based to (a) keep the cost of our products as low as
possible and (b) save a few trees. Yup, we're big believers in
going green.
3. Are
there shipping or handling costs for your products? We
have no handling costs. Our shipping charges are merely a pass
through charge on what USPS charges us for shipping. We make
no profit from shipping. Most packages ship USPS Priority mail
and leave the warehouse within 24 hours.
4. If I
have a question about a product, who can I contact?
Call us directly at 1-888-859-8901 or contact me via email for
support. Our business hours are 9-5pm EST Monday-Friday.
5. What
if my patient is not happy with the product(s) that they receive?
Have them contact us directly. We'll handle all
returns so you never have to hassle with returned items.
6. Is
there any charge to be listed in the Myfootshop.com Profiles in
Excellence? Nope. It's a free service for
you in which you can profile your practice. Profiles in
Excellence also creates an inbound link to your practice web site.
Reciprocal links back to Myfootshop.com are greatly appreciated.

You'll send me Rx pads? Yup. They're a
standard Rx pads with the name of Myfootshop.com, web address and
toll free number for Myfootshop.com. It's an easy way for you
to refer your patients for the products that they need. Just
jot down the product that they need and hand it to the patient to
order once they get home. We'll take care of the rest.
8. Tell
me more about your associate program. You can
earn 10% by adding an associate page to your web site. Visit
our
associate program page for more information.
9. "Doc, I'd like to think about that
surgery that you're recommending. Do you have anyone that has
had this surgery that I could talk to?"
Our
discussion forum is a sounding board for your patients. They
can share in the experiences of others and get a better impression
of the peri-operative aspects of care associated with their
particular procedure. Our golden rules; (1) We never diagnose,
(2) We support existing treatment plans (3) We remain objective. In
most cases, The Foot Talk Forum acts as a resource and sounding
board for folks who are looking for more information about their
foot problem or foot surgery.
10. Can
I buy products in bulk for you? Sure can.
