Podiatrists and shoe repair shops long have used Foam Metatarsal Pads to
relieve forefoot pain and metatarsal pain. Slip these adhesive-based pads in
shoes or wear them right on the feet. In shoes the pads can be worn over insoles
or beneath them, if the insoles are removable. Pads measure 2.5 inches from tip to base, 2 inches wide
and 1/4 inch thick. Semi-firm.
The pads are part of a family of
metatarsal pads we carry at Myfootshop.com. If you have any questions about which
pads are best for you please
contact us prior to purchasing.

Review:
"Second order. I use a modable arch support and place the foam pad on the bottom of the arch support. I have ball of foot pain, metarlargia. It gives me enough lift on the ball of the foot pain as I walk and they work as good as any met pad I have had. I will continue to use."
