Dancer's Pads are a staple in podiatry offices. Dancer's Pads are designed to shift weight bearing away from the big toe joint and sesamoids to help with pain caused by sesamoiditis and turf toe.

Dancer's Pads can be placed directly on the foot or in the shoe. They re-distribute weight onto the pad and away from the ball of foot, to relieve stress and discomfort. Dimensions: 1/4 inch thick adhesive backed felt pad, 3 1/2 inches across and 3 inches from top to bottom.
Each package contains 1 pair of Dancer's Pads right and left.

Dancer's Pads are a versatile pad for treating forefoot pain but placement of the pad can be a bit confusing the first time you try to use this pad. To clarify the proper use of Dancer's Pads, let's use an example. Let's say you have pain beneath the right big toe joint, perhaps sesamoiditis or turf toe. We are going to ship to you one pair of Dancer's Pads (right and left). The right pad is designed to be placed directly in the shoe. You can also treat the same problem (right foot) with the other pad (left) by placing the pad directly on the skin. We label the pads as if they are applied into the shoe, but when you put them on the foot, the pad is flipped over so that a left pad will then treat a right foot. Placement can be a bit confusing at first so don't hesitate to contact us regarding how to use Dancer's Pads.
