Toenails turning thick and yellow? Tineacide is
among our favorite treatments for nail fungal infections. It's a great mix of traditional and alternative antifungal medication potent enough for toenail fungus. Tineacide
contains undelecyclic acid, which helps penetrate the nail for more effective treatment. Great for
small, isolated fungal infections of the skin, too. Ingredients also include tea tree oil, lavender oil and clotrimizole.
Indications - Tineacide Antifungal Cream is used in the treatment
of
onychomycosis,
fungal
toenails and isolated patches of
Athlete's
foot. For cases of chronic
Athlete's
foot and the treatment of
dermatophytosis, we recommend
Myfootshop Deep
Healing Cream,
Myfootshop Antifungal Soap and
Myfootshop Antifungal Lotion.

Care Tip! Topical antifungal medications can treat fungal nail infections
as successfully as oral medications, but topical medications require patience and compliance. Fungus doesn't take a
day off, and so compliance is key. You need to treat the nail every day so the
healthy nail can grow faster than the fungus. Eventually the healthy nail overtakes the fungus, and the nail clears. Success may
require treatment with a topical medication for four months (mild infections)
to 12 months (severe infections).
