Product selection -
We go to great lengths to match our products with the conditions described throughout Myfootshop.com.  Our goal is to guide you into the popper choice of product.  Myfootshop.com is staffed by a board certified podiatrist who is available in our discussion forum to help you select the best products for your foot problem.  Simply go to The Foot Talk Forum, and ask your question in our discussion forum on product support.

Why don't you offer a catalog? - Catalogs are expensive to produce and mail.  We simply don't want to pass on the cost of a catalog to our customers.  As a web based business, our catalog is on-line.  Second, catalogs consume horrendous amounts of paper.  We're doing our part to limit deforestation. 

Do you ship internationally?  Sure do.  Costs for international shipping are easy to calculate.  Simply begin the ordering process and complete the order up to and including the shipping page. 

Will I pay a VAT tax, import fee or brokerage fee? (international orders) - If they apply, yes. Brokerage fees, import duties, VAT, or any other tariff, levy or fee are not included in the purchase price or the shipping and handling charges. Such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party. To find out what taxes or fees will be applied to your order from Myfootshop.com, please contact you local tax authority.

Shipping and handling - In order to keep your final cost as low as possible, all orders are shipped exclusively via The United States Postal Service from our fulfillment center in central Ohio, U.S.

Domestic orders:
  Shipping rates for purchases at Myfootshop.com are based upon the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates to your location. Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Mail  are available to all 50 of the United States.

Orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping.  Free shipping is only available for domestic orders and APO's.  Free shipping cannot be applied to Express or other expedited shipping methods.

International orders: Shipping rates for purchases at Myfootshop.com are based upon the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates to your location. Global Express and USPS Global Express Guaranteed Non-Document Service options are available to most international destinations.

Handling charges may be applied to a limited number of items that are oversized or are heavy.  These items often require individualized packing and transfer to USPS.

Will I receive a order tracking number?  Order tracking numbers are available upon request.

When will my package ship? Most orders ship within 24 hours.  Special order items ship in 5-6 days.

How fast is USPS Express shipping? USPS Express shipping can reach most areas of the US in 1-3 days.  Rural areas are most susceptible to delays.  When requesting USPS Express shipping, it's important to remember that your item will not ship until your order clears credit card processing.  In some cases, credit card processing can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Returns and Exchanges Policy – (Effective 10-19-06)

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Myfootshop.com.  We guarantee each of our products against manufacturer’s defects for one full year from the date of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges –

Products may be returned for refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date purchase.  Products returned for credit will receive a 100% refund less the cost of shipping.  Products will only be accepted for return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

1.       The product does not show wear.

2.       The product is not damaged by use.

3.       The product is returned in its original packaging.

4.       The product is returned with a copy of the original order receipt (to insure proper credit).

Myfootshop.com employees are trained to help you find the best product for your problem but we cannot guarantee that our products will improve your particular foot or ankle problem.    

Manufacturers Defects

Defective products may be returned for replacement or credit up to 1 year from the date of purchase.  To insure proper credit, defective products must be returned with a copy of the original invoice.  Return shipping costs of up to $5.00 will be refunded to you for return of defective products.  Myfootshop.com reserves the right to determine whether the failure of a product is due to a manufacturers defect or due to normal wear and intended product use.

Damage in shipment - We take every possible precaution to ensure that your order will arrive unharmed. Should damage occur in transit, please retain the product and all packing materials and return to MyFootShop.com following the return policy described below.  A replacement product will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.
 

Lost shipments - USPS has proven to a reliable method of shipping, but occasionally packages do get lost.  Most packages turn up after being accepted by a relative or neighbor.  If USPS tracking is unable to confirm delivery of a package, we will reship the order.  Our policy is to wait ten business days from the date of the original shipment before shipping a new replacement order.

If USPS tracking confirms delivery to your zip code, we must assume that your package was indeed delivered.  We will make every effort to help you contact your local postal branch to find out more information regarding your package.  If a customer claims that they have not received their order, but USPS tracking confirms delivery to their zip code, Myfootshop.com cannot be help responsible and will not resend the order.
 

Methods of payment - We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express). All orders are processed using the latest SSL encryption technologies to assure that your purchases are made in a completely secure environment. The charge on your Credit Card statement will appear as MyFootShop.com, LLC.
