Between the BODY tags is where to put the viewable content of your web page....you should include as many instances of your KEYWORDs as possible in most cases, particularly at the top of the page.

Also, use the H1 and H2 tags nearest to the top of the page for best search engine indexing results.

All these things combined can be very effective!
