Ready to get started?
Here's what you'll need to do:

First, we'll need to assign you a
unique AssociateID number. This AssociateID is what tells us that it
was YOU who referred the sale. Simply fill-out and submit the
Associate
Registration Form . We will immediately process your
request and assign you an AssociateID.

Next,
link your site to Myfootshop.com using your Associate ID
number. Your links can be a text hyperlink, a product
photo or any of our performance
