Who we are -

Myfootshop.com was founded in 1999 and is located in Granville, Ohio. Our staff of 8 consists of our sales team, product manager and web developers. As a small business, we look forward to getting to know our customers and helping them on a one-to-one basis.

Our mission –

Our mission is to democratize health care and improve health care literacy. We accomplish this by using the power of the Internet to create a community of like minded people, focused on finding the right diagnosis and the right product, the right way

Medically Guided Shopping™ – the tool we use to accomplish our mission –

Medically Guided Shopping™ is the trademarked tool developed by Myfootshop.com to help you find the right diagnosis and the right product. Here’s how Medically Guided Shopping™ can help-

1. First, search for your problem using our foot and ankle knolwedge base. Our knowledge base contains over 130 articles on common foot and ankle conditions. The articles include symptoms, treatment and product options.

2. Still puzzled about your foot problem? Contact one of our medical shopping assistants by chat, phone or email for free support. Our medical shopping assistants have advanced training in foot and ankle conditions and specific products used to treat those conditions.

What we believe -

We follow the commerce principles set forth by www.customercommons.org
Those principles include the following:
1. We are a community of customers.
2. We are funded only by customers.
3. We serve the interests and aspirations of customers.

Simply put, you'll never see advertising on our site.  We'll never track your data for downstream resale.

Get to know us better -

OK, now that you know who we are and what we believe in, let's get to know each other. Join us in our blog or join the conversation at www.facebook.com/myfootshop.
Our belief is that the more we share, the more we'll be able to change lives. We look forward to your contributions, stories and suggestions. Together, by sharing information, we really can change lives.
